How to Register as an Exhibitor for MATRA 2017 Conference: Use the "Register" link above to register for the conference. You may register yourself and you may register others from your company in the same process. Company must be a current 2017 member to exhibit.

Registering for the additional events during the conference (Welcome Reception & Awards Dinner), requires that you must first be registered to attend the conference. Be aware that space is limited for our Welcome Reception and our Annual Awards Dinner, so please don't wait until you arrive to purchase. Additional Fees apply for Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner.



Early Pricing for Exhibitors (booth includes (1) 6' table w/ covered linen and (2) chairs.(Electric is additional.)

$900   - 10 x 10 booth space. Two (2) Staff Registrations are complimentary.
$1650 - 10 x 10 booth space w/Tent Install.  Three (3) Staff Registrations  are complimentary.**
$1300 - 20 x10 booth space. Two (2) Staff Registrations are  complimentary.
$2050 - 20 x10 booth space w/Tent Install. Three (3) Staff Registrations are complimentary.**
$1550 - POD Space 20 x 20. Three (3) Staff Registrations are complimentary.
$2300 - POD Space w/Tent Install. Four (4) Staff Registrations are complimentary.**

All Additional Attendees are $125 each for Early Registration.
All prices increase $25 after 9/30/2017 until 10/20/2017. After 10/20/2017, On-Site will only be available w/ additional $25 fee per person.

**TENT INSTALLERS for your THIRD and/or FOURTH complimentary registrations, just choose the COMP Registration for thos 3 or 4 attendees.

Discounted, Early Registration pricing is available until Saturday, September 30, 2017.
Regular Registration pricing is available until Friday, October 20, 2017.
On-Site Registration is available during the conference (additional fee), at the Registration Tent, starting on Monday, November 6th at 12pm.Your membership for 2017 must be current to receive Member Pricing.
MATRA Membership is $195 for a calendar year (January 2017 to December 2017). Renew your membership before your register for the conference in order to receive Member Pricing.

Cancellation Policy:
If you pay by credit card online, you will be confirmed and registered. If you are mailing in a check, checks must be received by October 9th, 2017. Once your check is received you will be confirmed.
