The term "tent rental operator" is defined to mean a person, partnership, firm or corporation, actively engaged in the renting of tents to the public. The Tent Rental Operator membership classification ("Rental Member") is with voting privileges.

The term "Supplier-Service Firm" is defined to mean a person, partnership, firm or corporation, actively engaged in the business of providing a product of service that supplies component part supplies or industry related services to the tent rental industry. The Supplier-Service Firm membership classification ("Vendor Member") is with voting privileges.

The Prospective Member/eNewsletter membership classification ("Prospective Member") is with non-voting privileges.
