Shipping/Drayage Form
You must complete this form if you are shipping any large items to the Conference. Shipment must arrive between Monday, and Friday,  to be delivered to your assigned booth. The hotel is only able to accept small packages and these will need to be picked up at the hotel by yourself.  **2019 forms coming soon**
